Add to Any not appearing in firefox

  • Hi there,

    I am seeing that all of the sudden, the module doesn’t appear on my website anymore in FireFox, but on Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer it appears.

    The issue happens only on this website, on other websites I have developed, I am not seeing the problem.

    Can I have your help to investigate what’s going on and how to sort it out?

    The issue is not with Firefox, but with all browsers right now.

    We were wondering if any solution was found for the share icons not showing in Firefox. We have the same problem, 3 different machines but on the most important one it doesn’t show in Firefox but does with chrome, edge and opera. So if it works on 2 machines with Firefox, could there be some kind of setting that’s interfering with it?

    Just solved the issue on our one Firefox installation. The AddToAny buttons weren’t being allowed to show because of a privacy extension in Firefox to prevent Google from spying and tracking you.

    So by turning it off when I need to make adjustments in the dashboard with AddToAny plugin, we can, and then just turn the privacy blocker back on when finished. Hope this helps somebody else who might be having the problem, if it’s from the same source.
