Add title to link for hover text

    Hi,

    I wolud like to suggest a very simple improvement for the plugin:

    adding the “title” attibute to the links with the name of social media, for the Small Icon version.

    In this way you could have a small tooltip with the name of social media on mouse hover.

    An example code:

    <a href=”LINK_FOR_FACEBOOK” title=”Facebook”>
