Add title to each form on Project

    Is it possible to include the name of the form at the top of each form when selected from the menu?
    https://csf-cjsf-hub.org/project/csf-cjsf-chapter-records/
    So that when School Districts is selected from the menu, “School Districts” will display as a title when that table is selected.

    There are multiple options on that menu but without a title there is no way to immediately identify which is displaying.
