Add time to post info after title

    I want the time of publication in the element “mh-meta entry-meta”. Presently I have done this by adding a php code in content-single.php file. The code is
    <p>This article was published on: <?php the_time(‘m/j/y g:i A’) ?> PDT on Getaka</p>

    But I want the time of publication to appear inside the “mh-meta entry-meta” element.
