• Hi there.. I’m sure this has asked before, but I’m not sure of the wording others might use..

    I’m helping someone out with a version of WordPress installed using a web hosts automatic install – there are no files on the FTP server to be found.

    I am trying to add a theme template file, but don’t see any way to do so without uploading via FTP – is this possible?

    Many thanks!

  • Yes – via Appearance->Themes->Install Themes

    I’ve already installed a theme this way, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to add a single file – like a custom theme page. Must I really import the entire theme again? I’ve already made customizations inside WordPress’ theme editor..

    Thanks for the reply..

    The only other way is via FTP.
