Add theme function not working

Hi, I am having issues with my theme and the developer just released a new version to resolve those issues. However when I go to update, the add theme button does not work. In fact, nothing on the Add New Theme page is working. I would appreciate any help and be specific if possible since I am not an expert in coding.
