add the user avatar to the profile page

hi,
the user_avatar_form is added to the user_profile section in the user profile page. The issue is that I removed this section, because it had a lot of useless fields and I did not manage to clean them individually.
How can I add the user_avatar_form in another section of the profile page, so that it will be displayed?
