add the same function to the tag

Hi!
I really do not see any interest to do the same for tags. Tags are not hierarchical and their purpose is not the same at all, tags are used to describe the content of a post rather than assigning a category.
If you want to have a single tag and a single category for a post, just add another custom category and use it as “a single tag”.
