Add the option for specify anonymous email and name

Please add the option for specify customs the anonymous email and name, instead the
[email protected].
Now is not convenient to read list of comments (very long email). See screen: https://i.imgur.com/rt46Jm8.png
And users see it email when you send the second comment (work browsers autofill). See screen: https://i.imgur.com/T7UG26f.png
