add the exclusion shipping category

    Can add the exclusion shipping category ?

    E.g.
    Woocommerce > Shipping category: large furniture
    ECPay Logistics > Exclude shipping category: large furniture

    Effect: When the purchased product belongs to this shipping category, customer can’t see the 超商取貨.
