Add Text/Message Box to Top Bar

    Hello!
    I’ve been searching for a way to capture emails and a short message from visitors on my landing page beer art prints dot com.

    MailChimps TopBar does half the job. I see it is possible to include name fields with a little functions code. How about a text box?

    How would one add a short message/text box to the TopBar?

    Nevermind! Resolved by using the add name code. It is a text box and I just changed it to what I needed. Works!!
