Add text under sub-sub menu

I’m trying to figure out how to add generic text under a sub-sub menu.

Under my How it works (main), I have the sub menu FEATURES. Under that, I have 4 sub-sub menus. I’d like to add text under each of those 4 sub-sub menus. How can I do this in mega menu?
