Add text to top bar of 3 bar menu

I want to add text to the top color bar of the menu. I want to add my business address and phone number.

Example: The https://presscustomizr.com/ home page and they have “Like thousands of happy users, easily create WordPress websites that convert with Customizr Pro” in the orange bar at the top. I want mine to look similar to that.
