Thanks for the reply, however the tutorial appears to require a $100 dollar plugin. Is there another tutorial out there that can use a free plugin to do the same thing that I wanted?

If you read the tutorial fully, there are several options in there. Only 1 requires plugin.

Another method:

You can use the plugin TablePress to create the size chart. Then add the shortcode (of the size table) to each product page (or to one of the product tabs). Easy and free.
