Add text on blank page before admin settings are submitted

Hi! Great plugin, exactly what i needed.

Is it possible to add some text on the white screen that appears to visitors when the plugin is activated but when the header options are not saved yet (when they are not set)

Example text that i want to have: “The virtual queue will be started soon”
