• Is there a way to add TEXT next to the search (magnifying glass) icon?

In other words, if I wanted to add the word “SEARCH” next to the icon and have it be PART of the search menu item, is this possible?

I’ve tried searching online, but can’t find a concise solution.

    Thank You !!!

What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

I am using DIVI – building from scratch.

You’re using a commercial theme. Since that is a commercial theme or plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best

Divi by Elegent theme forum: https://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

For the reasons t-p mentioned, this suggestion may not work. Generally speaking, you can often add content after an HTML element through CSS using the ::after pseudo class.

Try adding such custom CSS to the Additional CSS panel of the customizer.
