    Hi there,
    you can overwrite the default template used by the plugin to add your custom text.
    Copy the file you find at the path wp-content\plugins\yith-woocommerce-added-to-cart-popup\templates\yith-wacp-popup.php and paste it to the path wp-content\themes\your-theme-name\woocommerce, and apply your changes.
