Add Text Field Per Product

Hi – Is it possible to add a free form text field for each product so that a customer can add a text related to the product they are purchasing? I am looking to sell items that will contain written phrases on them submitted by my customers. So I’d like to allow my customers to submit what text they would like written on each item.

Is this possible?
