Add Text Before Share Buttons.

Someone might’ve asked this before, but there’s a lot of posts and most of them haven’t been resolved. This might be a simple CSS code I could enter in the CSS section.
I simply want:
Like This Post? Share It!
__________________________________ <hr> CodeSocial Share Toolkit Buttons
__________________________________ <hr> Code
Or even just a grey box for the icons to go in.
Would love some help. Thanks!
