You can add the code to your active theme’s functions.php file, then change the line containing “If you liked this article…” to your own custom text.

Hi Nick – I’ve added that code to the functions.php file on this site and it’s not showing the text above the share buttons. Is there a possible conflict that might be interfering with that?
