Add taxes (percentage and fixed taxes)

There is a settings field into the calendar configuration named “Taxes” for applying taxes at PayPal. The fixed tax isn’t supported in the version listed at this directory but is available in other versions of the plugin (commercial versions), you can check the plugin versions here:
