add tags to the alt

Hi

I like your plugin. I tried few but your is working really fine. But there is one funcionality I am missing. Plugin replaces the alt tab based on article title, category and image name. I saw somewhere plugin which inserts also the article tags. This would be super useful option, because for example at my web are categories and tags things, which desribes content of the images best. Is it possible to add this function?
