Add Tags instead of Change Tag in Triggers and Automations

    I am wondering if WSDesk can implement “Add Tags” trigger action in Triggers and Automations.

    Triggers and Automations is a great feature to organize tickets with tags. With Tags, tickets can be much easier and quicker to retrieve. Currently you have “Change Tag” trigger action in Automations, and this will overwrite/wipe whatever tags originally assigned to tickets.

    If you can implement “Add Tags” trigger action, which appends new tag to tickets, that will be really good because Triggers and Automations is the only feature we paid for this plugin
