Add Swedish language

Hi!

I have Swedish as language in WP but my SpeakOut petition still displays English for “First name”, “Last name” and “Email”. Please see https://www.powertoparents.se

I guess this is because the SpeakOut plugin does not include a Swedish language file, so I have now translated the po-file. What shall I do with it then? Send it to you for inclusion in the plugin’s language folders, to the benefit of other Swedish users as well? Or just upload it myself to my server? Then need to generate a mo-file and feel a bit lost when reading previous threads about that. Hope for help!
