add svg to menu showing empy action popup

  • if im selection icon, the menu voice when i clik on “select icon” show me just a blank popup with no hope to go forward. it just say “Actions”.

    I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins and nothing change.
    where im wrong?

    can you please suggest me a working filter as workaround, i’ve tried a couple from function.php but dont seems to works!
