Add Support / Integration with MailerLite

@wpmudevsupport14 Ya I mean how many years and requests does it take to actually get this integration moving here? I see requests from 4 years ago asking for MailerLite integration. What’s the hold up?

Forminator is our plugin that gets by far the most feature requests, we’re noting all of those that come in, both from free and pro users, and track number of requests which is one of the parameters for setting the priority of a feature request.
Unfortunately MailerLite integration still didn’t made the cut, but we do still have it on our list of future improvements.
