Add support free pmpro levels

    Thanks for your plugin, it is very needfull. But it does not work when assigning free pmpro levels.
    I use the pmpro_after_change_membership_level hook instead of the pmpro_subscription_payment_completed hook. This works for free levels.
    Please make support activity events for free PMPro levels assign and cancel.

    I just added your suggestion to the roadmap of this integration as well as to the AutomatorWP integration roadmap to have support for free memberships on both
