Add Support for IE9, 10, 11, Edge

    Browser options do not include IE 9, 10, 11, or Edge. Really want to block all IE except for Edge. Also would be great to have a “ignore resolution” option as I work with all resolutions – just want to let users know obsolete IEs are problematic.
