Add support for chunked upload to avoid upload size limit

  • For the future release it would be great to add support for chunked upload via plupload in order to avoid upload size limit.

    Plupload, which is used in WordPress core, can handle chunked uploads so why WordPress doesn’t ?

    I tried using the “plupload_default_settings” filter to add “chunk_size” parameter, but while chunked uploads i faced a “file type not allowed , filename : blob”…

    Maybe in next release ? I think that I’m not the only to wait for this.
