Add support for applying a single listing template in the Bulk Editor tool

I’ve created a new Single Listing Template to my custom theme and am able select and to apply it in the single post editor in the wordpress admin but there is no way for me to apply the template to multiple listings at once using the bulk editor. I have over a hundred listings on my site so being able to apply a template in bulk would save a lot of time versus updating each listing one by one.
