At the moment the top of the packing slip just contains the shop name, the order number, ship to and bill to. I would like to have the store logo also or better still instead of the store name. I hope this is clearer.

Can you please provide a link to the page you need help with. Without any visual reference, it’s hard to see what you are trying to achieve.

2014 doesn’t come installed with a shop as far as I know, which e-commerce plugin are you using?
