You would be able to achieve that only with some custom CSS. You would need to add some conditional formatting to the “stars” column. Like “If cell value > 4.6 set cell content <span class=”stars-container stars-96″>★★★★★</span>” and then you would need to define those classes in wpDataTables settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS field.
