Add "ssba_share_link" class to all link types

The “ssba_share_link” is very helpful when trying to style the buttons together with the theme stylesheet. Unfortunately not all the links add that class.
Currently half the buttons have that link, half of them does not. To fix this, I made a patch: https://gist.github.com/imrehg/533932bd556843e28eab#file-ssba_share_link-patch
