    I use your form to register for photography courses and photography outings.

    You are asked to identify yourself as a private individual, company or other.

    If you select PARTECIPANTE USCITA FOTOGRAFICA, any field or section other than NOME and COGNOME will open that says:

    Would you like to add another travel companion?

    ( an additional 2 fields NOME and COGNOME are opened )

    I would like it if those registering for the photo excursion could add the name (first name and surname) of a possible friend, relative, child, etc. so that there is no need for another registration.

    Please tell me if I understand you correctly – you already added one field Nome and Cognome (First Name and Last Name) of the person depending on the selected option from the form (PPARTECIPANTE USCITA FOTOGRAFICA) – in addition to this scenario you want to give for example in the form of a checkbox the possibility to select “Add a friend/child/etc.” and when the customer selects this checkbox another field with the name of the companion will appear?
    Please let me know if I understand your scenario and your needs correctly.

    I would say that is correct! I only need this for the PHOTOGRAPHIC EXIT selection because someone might bring friends or other people, to whom I would like to have the credentials with the email.

    I would also like to ask you in view of the open post if it would be possible to insert a class to have all fields filled in UPPERCASE, even when the trainee fills in the field!

    Hi,

    To do this, you can add a tick box and here enter “Additional person” then add a text field for the first name and another field for the surname – in the conditional logic we will set the first name and surname field to appear only when the user wants to add another person.     Please let me know if this scenario is right for you.

    Regarding the question about capital letters, may I ask what this would look like? Would you like the fields already in the plugin settings to be displayed in uppercase or only on the checkout page ? If on the checkout page it would be possible to apply CSS styles here and based on this set the parameter: text-transform: uppercase;
