My client would like some space between the images during the slide transition. Did not find this in the documentation. Carousel is not an option, because his slides show one at a time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lukefive

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. During the animation the slides have the same distance as they do without the animation.

In case of the Simple slider type the slider and slide sizes always match, so there’s no spacing between them. The only possible trick, which would be visible even when there’s no slide switching, would be to use the images as layers:

and put padding on the Slide to create space between the layers inside.
But this would be visible even when there’s no slide transition.

In the Pro version we have a “Parallax overlap” option which, with a negative value, I think does something like you want to achieve:

@nextend_ramona thank you for details. I have a concern about Pro version over-writing values in the free version, but I’ll take that question over to the other help area.

Our work-around: The client is good with Photoshop, so he is creating new images with white margins on left and right.

So, apparently two possible solutions for anyone who finds this post.
