add some rules at price structure

  • can we add some rules like this :
    if price is below 3000 then increase price by 100%
    if price is between 3000 and 5000 increase price by 50%
    if price is between 5000 and 10000 then increase price by 3000
    if price greater than 10000 increase price by 4000

    and also can we increase or decrease some percent at particular category in any other country price….
    Please help me I hope you will help me out
