Add some limitation for vendors

Hi
I use dokan wordpress plugin in my site. I need to put some limitation for vendors for adding new product. My questions are:

1. How we can add a limit for total products of each vendor. for example each vendor can only post 10 products in my site (I don’t want to use dokan subscription plugin because there isn’t any subscription plan. we only need a global limit for vendors !!)

2. And how we can add a limit for each product category. (i.e. vendors can only post 1 product for each category and when they try to post more, the system don’t allow theme to do that)

Is there any code that i can use I really need your helps. Thanks
