Add sitemap from another domain

I have a wordpress site and another site on a different platform provider. The latter platform does not support xml sitemap. I have created a sitemap.xml file for it. I want to put his file on my wordpress site for google to crawl. I also want to keep my wordpress sitemap active.

Is this possible and how can I do it?
