Add Simple plain Text to Search field with custom property values

Im using the basic wordpress ERE SEARCH WIDGET on my homepage to make a simple search bar on my top banner. Currently it says Search City, State or Area, but I want to add search with builder option too[i have added a custom field for builder], but I dont want to add a new field with, i just want the search bar to search with builder option too. and the results should be displayed accordingly.

Also the search bar should work when enter is hit, currently it works only when the search bar is clicked.

Please help
