add simple "Date", "Start Time", "End Time", fields

I am looking for a way to simply add “Date”, “Start Time”, “End Time” fields to the form and then have it post to the custom fields on the edit page. Once I have done that I will be looking at hooking it into another Plugin that will auto delete the post after that time.
If anyone could help on this it would be great.
