    Hello,

I’m trying to add a shortcode in the email content but it’s not working.

For exemple, if I put [hello] in the email, it’s not the content of the shortcode which is displayed but the shortcode itself => [hello]

    It’s working well anywhere else.

    Thank you.

    Hi @m_scud,

Are you trying to use other shortcodes apart from the option available in our plugin? You can see in this screenshot that we do have only these shortcodes available in the plugin – https://prnt.sc/nWXEXv_-DdYd

Also, are you referring test email or an abandoned cart reminder email? As the actual abandoned cart reminder will have real value.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

Indeed, I’m trying to add a custom shortcode that I created. So that’s not possible. I tried with test email or an abandoned cart reminder email.

    Hi @m_scud,

I’m sorry, we don’t have option for adding custom shortcode.
