add shortcode below the post area ?

I know we can add widget on sidebar, but am wondering if there is a way that how we can show content below the post area, I have a shortcode which for showing a grid of post, I want to put it below the post area, so when people seeing a post, they will see a grid of post list below the post. but if wordpress has a natural way for doing this ? please advise, thanks
