To accomplish what you’re asking, you’ll need to use a combination of plugins and settings within WooCommerce.

For the 30% deposit feature, you can use the WooCommerce Deposits plugin. This plugin allows you to create custom payment plans, with variable percentages and payments.

For the second part of your question, adding exact shipping charges to the invoice once the order is ready to ship, there isn’t a built-in feature in WooCommerce to handle this. However, you can manually edit the order to add the shipping cost:

1. Go to WooCommerce -> Orders.
2. Click on the order you want to edit.
3. In the Order Items section, click on ‘Add item(s)’ -> ‘Add shipping cost’.
4. Enter the exact shipping cost in the field and click ‘Save’.
