Add Shipped date to Simple Layout option

It is a request if the text could be “humanized” a bit

Currently it shows as
Shipping Provider – Tracking number (with hyperlink) – shipping date

This does not look professional.

Can you please change this to (if plugin user ticks Show date)
Shipped on – Shipping date via Shipping Provider – Tracking number (with hyperlink)

Else if if plugin user DOES NOT tick Show dateit would show as
Shipping Provider – Tracking number (with hyperlink)

Do let me know if you want to elaborate on this.

Yes, we can do a change to use variables and let users create the text/order in the way they want, we will add it to the our new features queue and will add it in one of the future versions.
