    Is there a way to add shipment tracking details to Woocommerce automation emails? I don’t see a merge tag for it but I’d really like to have this option available.

    Hi @stickel , unfortunately, we currently do not have compatibility with any shipment tracking plugins.

    But please let us know the name of the plugin you are using so that we can consider working on it in the future when we get the scope.

    Thanks.

    @cssultan Woocommerce Shipment Tracking and Woocommerce USPS Tracking are the two shipment tracking plugins I have installed. Both are by Woocommerce.

    Hi Sultan,

    My need is similar.
    For each WooCommerce order, my logistics partners sends back (via API Rest) a parcel tracking number in a custom field.

    With MailMint, is it possible to include the value of a custom field in a transactional email template?

    The aim is to be able to automate the sending of the tracking number by including this type of sentence in the completed/shipped order template:

    ‘Your order has been dispatched, you can track the progress of your parcel using the following link:

    https://parcelsapp.com/tracking/{{my-custom-field-value}}

    Thank you.

    Hi @petertely , actually this is something we are researching on.

    Our current plugin doesn’t allow loading shortcode data into the email body as many email clients do not accept such requests. We are looking to find a solution to this and have plans to allow it in the near future.

    Thanks.
