• Hello,

    On our business customer portal we are informed that the “shipping confirmation” (Versandbest?tigung) service is not available and that we should use the “DHL package notification” (DHL Paketankündigung) instead. This should be added somewhere in the WooCommerce DHL settings for label creation. Could you please help us here, as I cannot see where to add this?

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the delay. Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/sjHfmVJ All orders show an exclamation mark now. Previously our customers got an email notification from DHL so they could receive live tracking. I am worried that now they do not get this, even though there is a tick-box to select on checkout.

    I still not sure what is that actually, but if you want to send an Email to the customer after creating the label, you can enable Tracking Email from the plugin settings :
    WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Packet > Shipping Label Settings

    Yes that option is ticked in our settings. The reson we were unsure is because of that screenshot I sent you, which says that “shipping confirmation” is not available and has been removed from the the delivery. I am not sure why it says that.
