Add “Share this” to floating vertical buttons?

    Hi, folks –

    I’ve been trying to work out how to add the “Share this:” header to floating vertical buttons (like those on the linked page), to no avail.

    Is there some obvious option I’m missing? I’d be grateful for advice.
