Add Settings to theme code

Thank you for this plugin! It’s been a big help to us.

I know that we can export and import settings to and from a site but it would be very helpful to have the ability to include those settings in the theme itself.

My hope would be that we can check for the existence of the plugin and if it’s there the theme will automatically assign the needed settings or variables.
