Hello, we use your plugin to handle our subscriptions. Everything works smoothly!

However, I have been trying to figure out for some time how I or the customers can update their SEPA information.

On the frontend, in the My Account section, you can only add a new credit card but not a SEPA direct debit (IBAN).

Do I need to enable this feature somehow? And how can I as admin change/add this in the backend?

    Best regards

    Hi @nvoyed

I have been trying to figure out for some time how I or the customers can update their SEPA information.

A customer can add a new SEPA payment method via the Change Payment Method page for their subscription. On that page, customers can update the payment method that’s associated with the subscription and there are options to add a new payment method or select and existing payment method.

    Kind Regards,

Thanks for the quick reply! From the customer’s point of view it works well. Do you know where I as an admin can also view/change these settings in the back-end?

    Hi @nvoyed

Do you know where I as an admin can also view/change these settings in the back-end?

There aren’t any settings in the plugin that allow you to enable SEPA on the Add Payment Method page if that’s what you’re referring to.

If you’re talking about the ability to edit a customer’s payment method info as an Admin, that functionality does not exists in the plugin. But you can use one of several plugins to assume your customer’s identity if you want to edit their info.
