Add “send ticket” in all lessons

Hello

We are using Learndash + awesome support and time ago we had a fast ticket button after the content in each lesson.

Now we do not know why the button does not appears. Do you know how can activate again this feature?

We want to add a button “Send Ticket” after the content of each lesson (above the comments).
